Johnny King-Marino DC, CCSP.

Dr. King-Marino has been practicing for more than 32 years. A 1984 graduate of Pennsylvania College of Chiropractic. He has successfully completed eight Iron Man races, as well as being a two time Kona Hawaii Ironman Championship qualifier. As a triathlete he has competed for Team USA on multiple occasions. He has completed 9 marathons including two Boston marathon races. He continues to actively compete as a masters competitor and is currently the president of the Bucks County RoadRunners.  Dr. King-Marino has worked with the local Kenyan Running Team for over 25 years and has been the Team Chiropractor for the USA Triathlon, LaSalle University, and many local high schools. Dr. Johnny is a Certified Sports Physician and is also triple board certified in Active Release Technique and Masters level certified in Graston Technique. Additionally he uses a host of other soft tissue modalities and his vast experience to help get his patients well. Dr. Johnny is known for taking on some of the hardest conditions. Don Goldstein L.Ac. Dipl.Ac.

Donald Goldstein has been practicing in Doylestown since 1985. He has over 30 years experience treating people with acupuncture and over 20 years experience using frequency specific micro current. Acupuncture is ancient but has gone thru incredible changes in its understanding and efficiency especially in the treatment and rehabilitation of pain and injury. Balance method acupuncture and distal needling techniques developed by Dr. Richard Tan and Dr. Robert Doane mentors to Donald, have come to the forefront of clinical effectiveness along with the muscle channel techniques of Dr. Frank He. Frequency Specific Micro Current (FSM) developed by Dr. Carolyn McMakin uses sub sensory electrical pulses to speed recovery of injury by specifically targeting the presenting tissue and condition. FSM is used in the NFL, NBA, NHL, MLB and the Olympics. Donald is a certified advanced practitioner of FSM. Both acupuncture and FSM can be used together or separately to fit each persons needs and comfort. J.P. Kallelis DC.

Dr. J.P. Kallelis, DC is a 1998 graduate of Life University in Atlanta. Shortly after graduating he opened a private practice running a family wellness/ sports based office in Washington Crossing, PA. Dr. JP joined Advanced Sports Chiropractic three years ago to assist Dr. Johnny as he was recovering from shoulder surgery, and, as a result, a partnership was born.

It is Dr. J.P.'s desire to serve his patients through chiropractic care and empower people to regain & maintain their health. This desire has been his prime motivating force for the last 20 years. It is his core philosophy that we need to continuously Adapt, Heal and Move- Motion is Life & Life is Motion!!

His unique soft tissue work (myofascial/ trigger point release) that addresses muscle imbalances, as well as, his ability to free joint restrictions through the chiropractic adjustment, make for a powerful combination to "free up" problem areas in the musculoskeletal system. This technique has helped thousands of individuals get out of pain and maintain an active & healthy lifestyle.

Dr. J.P. is very active & has been doing various races over the last two decades, from triathlons, runs & other multi-sport events, of many different distances. He currently enjoys road biking, swimming, functional training & yoga. His wife, Amy, is a Central Bucks Elementary first grade teacher as well as an avid runner. They have three children (ages 16, 13 & 9) and can often be found on the sidelines of sporting events cheering on their kids. As a family, they enjoy hiking, skiing, bike riding, and relaxing on the beach.

Mike Buckakjian DC, CCSP

Dr Mike Buchakjian

Dr. Mike Buchakjian (pronounced Boo-cha-chin) is originally from the Albany/Saratoga region of NY and has been a practicing chiropractor in PA since 2003. He is a graduate of LeMoyne College in Syracuse, NY and New York Chiropractic College. While at NYCC he was able to work with a Buffalo, NY semi-pro football team as well as learn from coaches at the Olympic training center in Lake Placid. In addition to his chiropractic training Dr. Mike is a board Certified Chiropractic Sports Physician as well as certified in Graston technique and KT tape methods. He currently is the EPAT (Shockwave) provider for ASC's two Bucks County locations.

Dr. Mike is an active member in both the Bucks County Road Runners and Bucks County Triathlon Clubs and has competed in multiple Xterra, Adventure race, and traditional format triathlons. In the off season you will find Dr. Mike at the BCRR Winter series, snowboarding, rock climbing, or just chasing his kids around the yard. He resides in Hatboro with his wife (also a chiropractor) and 3 children.

Dr. Kevin McLaughlin DC

Dr. Kevin McLaughlin (Dr. Kevin) received his doctorate from New York Chiropractic College where he was a member of the Motion Palpation Club, the NYCC Sports Medicine Club, ChiroGames softball team and intramural softball, basketball, and flag football teams. He graduated on the Dean's List and as a member of the Phi Chi Omega Honor Society. Dr. McLaughlin looks to treat all patients as athletes to help their bodies adapt, perform, and function at their most optimal level in whatever they love to do. He aims to motivate individuals to regain and maintain their health so they can sustain the highest quality of life. He is licensed in the state of Pennsylvania for Chiropractic and Adjustive Procedures. He has extensive training in Basic and Functional RockTape, FAKTR, Sport Taping, Decompression, Nutrition, and Functional Neurology techniques. While at NYCC, Dr. McLaughlin had the opportunity to work with the Elmira Pioneers Baseball Team, who are members of the Perfect Game Collegiate Baseball League, and received a Sports Science & Human Performance Certificate. He is a dedicated athlete and sports enthusiast who enjoys weight training, playing in local sport leagues, and being outdoors.

Dr. McLaughlin has worked in healthcare over the past 6 years in both the hospital setting and in our chiropractic office. He joined ASC in 2014 where he worked as a chiropractic assistant for 2 years prior to enrolling at NYCC. He received his undergraduate degree in Biology from Arcadia University where he played collegiate baseball for 2 years as an infielder, pitcher, and catcher. He is devoted and enthusiastic about treating all patients with an exceptional level of care to help all patients attain their highest quality of life.

Niki has been with the practice since early 2013. She graduated from East Stroudsburg University in 2010 with multiple teaching degrees, one of which being Health and Physical Education. This has served her greatly with working one on one with patients and helping with community/team workshops. Not only did she graduate within the top 5% of her class academically, but was also a top athlete for both the cross-country and track and field teams at ESU. She continues her passion and love for fitness and running with training for races varying from 5ks to marathons. In addition to managing both offices, you will find Niki involved in all aspects of patient care. Ranging from hands on patient stretching and exercises, to assisting with insurance billing and patient questions. Making sure patients are pleased and satisfied with their experience here at ASC is a main goal for the entire staff. If anyone ever has questions, please do not hesitate to contact Niki.
